Cardiff Council

As part of the Council’s duty to improving the health of residents across Cardiff, service users were asked to share how well substance misuse services and interventions meet their needs. This questionnaire aims to determine the following:

• What substances people are dependent on,
• What kind of support they are currently receiving, and whether it meets their needs
• If their current accommodation impacts their substance use, and in what way
• What their goal is in relation to their substance use, and what they feel would help them to achieve this

In consultation with partners and people with lived experience, Cardiff Council and VAC developed two surveys: one for staff and one for service users. These surveys were distributed amongst networks. Click HERE to view the feedback from the questionnaire.
